Returns & Exchanges

Returns

We gladly accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We are happy to offer a replacement or exchange when applicable.

Handmade & Color Variation Disclaimer

All of our products are handmade, which means slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These variations are normal and part of the handmade process and do not qualify as defects.

Additionally, product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
